Warranty

Your switchback bindings come with a 2 year, limited warranty. If you have an issue, please contact the store at which you bought your bindings, or drop us an email. The fine print is below, but a summary of the main points are:

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty READ THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR BINDINGS. BY INSTALLING AND/OR USING YOUR BINDINGS YOU AGREE TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THESE BINDINGS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY COUNTRY, PROVINCE, AND/OR STATE. EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DO NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE.

What this Limited Warranty Covers: Switchback warrants our bindings against manufacturing defects when installed and used normally and substantially in accordance with our accompanying documentation for a period of two (2) years from date of original purchase from an Authorized Switchback Dealer.

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damages, such as scratches, and/or dents; (ii) normal wear and tear; (iii) damage caused by use with other equipment; (iv) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation impact, collision, or other external cause), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, or improper or unauthorized repair, installation, or assembly; and (v) use not in accordance with the accompanying documentation. This Limited Warranty extends only to original retail end-user purchaser and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.

Our responsibility in the event of a breach of this Limited Warranty: If you submit a valid claim, your sole and exclusive remedy will be, at our option, to either repair or replace the bindings, or exchange the bindings for a refund of all or part of the original retail purchase price. Any replacement may be, at our option, new or remanufactured bindings.

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty: Prior to obtaining service, please review the resources accessible at our website. If such review does not correct any issue you are having with your bindings, please contact us. We will assist you in determining whether the bindings require service, and how we will provide it.
